Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and customer assistance activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting security-related activity as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and/or perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and note unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, lobbies, and/or designated areas while verifying authorized access, providing directions, and reporting maintenance or property concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating with onsite personnel, assisting with evacuations or restricted access when appropriate, and completing detailed incident and/or daily activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
