Area Supervisor

Overview Integrated Cleaning Services (ICS) | Denver Metro Area | Full-Time | $62,000/year + Full Benefits Integrated Cleaning Services is a commercial cleaning and facility services company serving clients across the Denver metro area. We're hiring an Area Supervisor to help oversee janitorial operations across multiple sites, support our crews, and help us deliver consistent, high-quality service to every client we work with. Responsibilities Tour and inspect buildings to ensure work is completed to contract standards Monitor and coach custodial staff on job performance Train new employees and assign coverage for absences, holidays, and vacations Make sure cleaning equipment is maintained, repaired, or replaced as needed Step in to help with floor/carpet care work and fill-in cleaning during short-staffing Track staff attendance; support employee reviews and coaching Use work order and time-tracking systems to confirm work and labor are recorded accurately Ensure compliance with company and client quality and safety requirements Support the Area Managers with other duties as needed Qualifications Prior supervisory or lead experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility services Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team Comfortable using MS Office Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for travel between sites Ability to regularly stand, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Compensation & Benefits $62,000/year Full benefits package – Medical, Dental, Rx, Vision, 401k ICS is an equal opportunity employer.
