Saltwater Signworks is hiring an experienced Vehicle Wrap Installer and Assistant Sign Maker/Installer who takes pride in quality work, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a team that cares about its clients and each other.

Vehicle wraps are not on our schedule every day. This role combines wrap installation with sign production, table work, and installations at customer locations. You’ll need the skills to handle vehicle projects and the willingness to help wherever the day’s work takes you.

What You’ll Do

• Install full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, vinyl lettering, and decals.

• Prepare and inspect surfaces; remove existing graphics and adhesive as needed.

• Complete table work, including weeding, masking, trimming, and applying graphics to sign materials.

• Install window, wall, and door graphics and assist with interior and exterior sign installations.

• Follow work orders and approved proofs, take accurate measurements, and verify layouts before installation.

• Inspect finished work for clean seams, edges, alignment, and overall quality.

• Communicate concerns early, help meet deadlines, and maintain safe, organized work areas.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years of hands-on vehicle wrap installation experience , with the ability to complete wraps with minimal supervision. Commercial wraps, personal vehicle color changes, or both qualify.

• Sign-shop production experience , including weeding, masking, and vinyl application, plus the ability to contribute to sign and graphics installations.

• Attention to detail, reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and initiative.

• Good communication, the ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

• A valid driver’s license for travel to installation sites.

Experience with laminators, vinyl cutters, and additional sign installations is a plus. Professional wrap training or certification is welcome.

Pay within the $20-$25/hour range is based on demonstrated wrap installation skills, sign production experience, and ability to work independently.
