About The Job You’re Considering

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CG Cloud Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud Advanced and Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of hands-on experience with the CG Cloud Advanced data model and 3+ years of Salesforce development experience. This role requires a technical leader who can effectively engage with clients, gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore development teams.

Your Role

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and maintain CG Cloud Advanced data models, custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and Platform Events.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, review code, and drive resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore development teams.
• Support CI/CD and release management using Git and Copado.

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 1+ year of experience working with Salesforce CG Cloud Advanced and its data model.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, data modeling, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for deployments and release management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and Consumer Goods Cloud certifications.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 - $174,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
