Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient consultations and medical evaluations, considering the whole person, including their physical, lifestyle, and emotional factors. Assess the patient's overall health using various diagnostic modalities to identify potential deficiencies, imbalances, or dysfunctions. Partner with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal health, wellness, and healing. Provide education, support, and guidance to patients, empowering them to take an active role in their health journey. Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Showcase strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving innovation in a fast-growing company within the dynamic healthcare industry. Requirements: Active NP License in the State of Colorado Active DEA license At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice. A background in Primary Care is preferred. At least 1 year of experience working in Integrative and/or Functional Medicine. Completion of formal training in Functional & Integrative Medicine. Training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) is highly preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities Experience treating digestive, hormonal, thyroid, and autoimmune conditions.
