Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing New York agency team. Operating in a true 360-degree, full-desk recruitment capacity, this role places a heavy emphasis on proactive business development, client acquisition, and commercial strategy alongside elite candidate sourcing.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching C-suite decision-makers to sourcing, qualifying, and placing top-tier technical professionals within the specialized Microsoft Cloud ecosystem. This is an ideal role for an early-career recruitment or sales professional looking to build a highly lucrative agency career, expand client footprints, and drive direct revenue growth in the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Business Development & Account Acquisition (Primary Focus)

\n

\n
• Proactive Client Prospecting: Actively build and execute outbound B2B sales strategies, including cold outreach, phone pitching, and targeted email campaigns, to win new client accounts and secure hiring requisitions.
\n
• Commercial Pitching & Negotiation: Pitch Dynamics Solutions’ agency services to hiring managers, VP/C-suite tech leaders, and HR stakeholders, negotiating terms and securing client contracts.
\n
• Account Growth: Nurture and expand ongoing relationships with existing client accounts to increase job flow and win exclusive hiring agreements.

360-Degree Full-Desk Sourcing & Execution

\n

\n
• Candidate Sourcing: Design and run targeted candidate generation strategies to headhunt and engage passive, hard-to-find technical professionals across Microsoft technologies.
\n
• End-to-End Deal Management: Coordinate the entire hiring lifecycle, from candidate screening and presentation to managing client interview schedules, gathering feedback, and closing offers.
\n
• Market Advisory: Leverage market intelligence on hiring trends, tech salary benchmarks, and talent supply to consult clients and position yourself as a trusted advisor in the tech recruitment space.

• Revenue Ownership: Hit and exceed personal revenue and billing targets, directly fueling firm growth and unlocking uncapped commission earnings.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in agency recruitment, outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or commercial business development with a track record of hitting targets.
\n
• Commercial Mindset: High drive, resilience, and sales acumen with a strong desire to excel in an agency full-desk environment.
\n
• Communication & Pitching: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to pitch senior decision-makers, negotiate commercial terms, and engage candidate talent.
\n
• Tech Sector Interest: Strong interest or background in technology recruiting or sales (familiarity with Microsoft Cloud, SaaS, or IT staffing is a plus).
\n
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
