Global Time & Labor Management PositionThe following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:Global Time & Labor Management (TLM) is seeking a strong candidate who is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous process improvement. Time & Labor Management is responsible for ensuring timecards are accurate and compliant with RTX policies, and Federal and State Labor Laws. This position will also be responsible for working ServiceNow tickets, from internal and external customers, that requires the ability to conduct research and perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes. The Time & Labor Management team manages a high volume, fast-paced process in a team-oriented environment with opportunities for continuously expanding responsibilities.What You Will DoProvide customer support by researching, documenting, and resolving inquiries within established service-level expectations and accuracy standardsCollaborate with Human Resources and Finance to interpret and apply applicable guidelines and policies to assigned workMaintain process documentation for assigned tasksCompile and analyze financial information for reports and metricsReview completed work for accuracy and identify and correct errors in accordance with established procedures.Perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support the labor processApply applicable labor policies and Federal and State wage and hour laws to assigned responsibilities.Apply applicable Federal and State leave of absence requirements to timecard processing in accordance with established policies and proceduresCalculate and process employee termination final payAbility to work flexible schedule, possibly outside normal business hoursQualifications you must haveTypically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience may be considered.Experience working in Microsoft Word and Excel, including creating and editing documents, formatting, data entry, and using formulas and functions.Qualifications We PreferExperience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment.Experience with SAP, EV5, and Workday with emphasis within areas of Payroll or TimekeepingDemonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent tasks, organizing and prioritizing workload, meeting established deadlines, and resolving routine work-related issues using established procedures and guidelines.Demonstrated experience providing customer support through verbal and written communication in a professional or corporate environment, including responding to inquiries and documenting or communicating resolutions.Demonstrated experience investigating and resolving customer issues by identifying root causes, documenting findings, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and implementing or recommending appropriate resolutions.Work Location: This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Greenville, TX, Richardson TX, Cedar Rapids IA, or Farmington CT.As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
