Interventional Pain Practice Opportunity
Busy and established interventional pain practice in Florida is hiring another fellowship trained provider. Seeking physicians who are comfortable with a wide range of outpatient interventional pain procedures. Qualified candidates must be ACGME accredited and have completed a fellowship in pain management. Physician will work 3 days per week in Gainesville and 2 days per week in Lake City, FL. There is a procedure suite at both locations and ASC access in Gainesville.
Practice details include:
- Year 1: $350,000 base salary or 30% of professional collections
- Year 2: 30% of professional collections
- 3 weeks of vacation + 8 paid holidays
- Malpractice coverage
- 20% of ASC collections beginning in year 1
- 15% of advance practitioner providers beginning in year 1
- Sign on bonus-$25,000
- Single specialty group employee, outpatient only
- CME up to 1 week and $2,000 available
- 401K with employer match up to 4%
