Base pay range $68,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Overview Step into a leadership role where you’ll manage a dynamic contractor workforce in the fast-paced AV technology and event production industry. As Workforce Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional customer service, innovative cost-saving initiatives, and operational excellence. This position puts you at the center of collaboration with regional management, where your strategies will directly impact client satisfaction, service quality, and company profitability. Key Responsibilities Design and execute effective workforce scheduling strategies that align with corporate objectives. Partner with regional management to adapt national best practices for local needs. Analyze workforce performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement targeted action plans. Build and maintain relationships with labor brokers and contractors, negotiating competitive rates to control costs. Ensure top-tier communication standards to deliver outstanding customer service. Create job postings, schedule contractors, and manage purchase orders. Conduct weekly site visits to engage with customers and vendors. Supervise on-site labor to ensure an optimal customer experience. Support program managers and directors in overseeing labor crews. Recommend qualified contractors for recruitment and assist in training initiatives. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and supervisory abilities. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred . Minimum 3 years of experience in labor management and AV sales or operations. Competitive salary range: $68,000 – $80,000 .
