Assistant Site Manager

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (rotational Saturday mornings; alternate weekday off)

Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at its Orlando facility. This role partners with the Site Manager to ensure efficient, high-volume mail processing and adherence to service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

Support daily operations and production activities
Lead the floor during manager absence or overlap
Assist with pre-scan and scanning production work
Monitor quality and ensure accuracy of processed documents
Assist with staff scheduling and workflow coordination
Help report metrics and identify production issues
Maintain organized, deadline-driven operations

Requirements:

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Technical aptitude (spreadsheets, systems)
Hands-on, team-oriented approach
Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

Additional:

Must complete 2 weeks of training in Atlanta prior to site launch
