Location Requirement

This position is based in Rochester, NY, and requires daily, in-person participation. Applicants must be local or within commuting distance. Remote work is not available.

We’re growing our presence in Rochester and looking for individuals who want to be part of the team bringing brands to life through real, in-person interaction. As a Brand Marketing Associate, your role is to create genuine connections — turning everyday conversations into positive, memorable experiences.

This is a position where energy, personality, and communication matter. You’ll be working alongside a team, learning how to engage people, build trust, and represent brands with confidence.

No experience is required. We’ll teach you everything you need — from how to approach conversations to how to grow into leadership roles.

What your days might look like
