Remote Senior Workers' Comp Attorney - Trial Leader
The Hartford
The Hartford in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Staff Attorney to litigate complex workers' compensation cases in the North Hackensack area and Western vicinages. The role requires extensive trial experience and the ability to manage cases from inception through trial.
The attorney will work with the staff legal team, provide training to junior associates, and collaborate with Claims Partners to secure the best outcomes for Hartford clients.
