Title Registered Dental Assistant Job Description Financial Growth: Competitive hourly pay + Profit-Sharing and an end-of-year goal-based bonus. Salary Range part-time $18 - $26 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Mon – Wed: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Requirements Experience: 2+ years as an RDA is required. Licensure: Graduation from an accredited Texas Dental Assistant program with active Texas X-ray and Nitrous Oxide certifications. Tech Skills: Experience with Dentrix and iTero is a major plus. Attitude: An upbeat, professional demeanor and a "team-first" mindset. Preferences Language: Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
