Director, Data Center Construction

Role Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Data Center Infrastructure / Construction to help deliver a ~1GW-scale AI infrastructure program in Saline, MI. This is a rare opportunity to lead construction execution at extraordinary scale, driving:

• Field productivity
• Contractor performance
• Sequencing
• Logistics
• Recovery planning
• Installation quality
• Construction turnover readiness

The ideal leader thrives in fast-moving, mission-critical environments and can turn complex field conditions into clear priorities, accountable execution, and predictable progress across:

• General contractors
• Subcontractors
• Project teams
• Commissioning partners
• Senior stakeholders

This role will be instrumental in:

• Keeping trades aligned
• Removing execution blockers
• Validating recovery plans
• Ensuring construction progress supports downstream commissioning, startup, and operational readiness

This position may be based remote within the U.S. with up to 50% travel to Saline, MI, or onsite/hybrid in Saline, MI.
