Customer Experience Supervisor

To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Customer Experience Supervisor will supervise and develop customer service staff, monitor departmental performance, and implement process improvements to ensure efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities Supervise and evaluate customer service staff to maintain high employee satisfaction and performance standards Monitor unit personnel work to ensure timely and accurate processing in alignment with departmental goals Develop and implement unit standards and procedures while facilitating effective communication within the team and across departments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing applications Ability to analyze work processes and recommend improvements for efficiency
