What You’ll Do Supervise & Coordinate: Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow. Train & Mentor: Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices. Ensure Accuracy & Efficiency: Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements. Assist in Scheduling & Planning: Work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation. Foster a Positive Work Environment: Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies. Support Warehouse Operations: Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
