Sourcing/Hiring Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH (onsite)
Department: Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Recruiting Director

Position Summary

Manifest Solutions is looking for an outgoing and personable, detail-oriented Sourcing/Hiring Coordinator to support our recruiting team. This role helps with candidate outreach, interview scheduling, follow-up communication, and keeping recruiting information organized and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and managing calendars.
• Follow up with candidates and help keep communication moving.
• Reach out to candidates by email, phone, LinkedIn, or text.
• Support candidate documentation and keep records accurate in the ATS.
• Help review resumes and identify candidates who may be a good fit.
• Assist with job postings and other recruiting updates.
• Support social media and recruiting outreach efforts.
• Help maintain candidate pipelines and organize recruiting activity.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to support day-to-day hiring needs.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Willingness to learn about recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Internship, customer service, administrative, or coordination experience is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Interest in recruiting, human resources, or staffing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with scheduling, follow-up, or candidate communication.
• Basic understanding of professional communication and record keeping.
