What You’ll Be Doing: Provide top-tier pest control services in a variety of environments, similar to work performed by general laborers, landscaping crews, and maintenance technicians. Work outdoors in all types of weather—hot, cold, or wet. Operate independently in the field, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility for weekend work as needed). Be an essential part of a team that plays a vital role in our customers’ safety and well-being. What We Expect From You: Entry-Level Opportunity: This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals starting out in the general labor, landscaping, or maintenance technician fields. No prior pest control experience is required—we provide training. Physical Stamina: This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather. Dependability: We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us. Strong Driving Record: Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years. No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 5 years. Pass a Drug Test: Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and random tests thereafter.
