About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Service Delivery to lead and optimize its professional and managed services teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large team, including project managers, engineers, and MSP staff, with a focus on ensuring operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives. Key duties include developing and implementing strategies to enhance resource utilization, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the development of new service offerings. The role also involves providing strategic oversight on team profitability, engaging with clients during pre-sales, and managing escalations effectively. Applicants for the VP of Service Delivery role at the company should have a Bachelor of Science degree with a strong emphasis on leadership and operational management, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in service delivery, preferably within the MSP industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing mixed teams of technical and non-technical contributors, strong strategic and operational management skills, and technical fluency to work within internal tools and enhance processes. Excellent client engagement skills, the ability to foster a collaborative culture within a remote workforce, and experience in developing training paths, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for teams are also essential. A preference is given to candidates with 15 years' experience, indicating advanced leadership maturity and technical understanding.
