The Urology Department at our organization is on the lookout for a fellowship-trained endourologist to join us as an Assistant Professor within the University Medical Line. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in both surgical and non-surgical approaches to managing kidney stone disease, alongside a proven history of excellence in patient care and education. Furthermore, a background in translational and/or clinical research is essential, with the potential to establish an independent research program and secure external funding.

Compensation Details

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $372,000 to $399,000. This range reflects the base pay based on faculty rank and years of service, excluding additional components of the compensation program. The final salary will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and market comparisons.
