Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Power BI Developer to join our expanding data analytics team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about data visualization, business intelligence, and report automation using Microsoft Power BI.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience through real-time projects, structured training, interview preparation, and ongoing career mentorship to build a strong foundation in Power BI development and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert raw data into actionable insights.
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs.
• Develop and optimize data models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Create DAX measures and implement data transformations using Power Query (M language).
• Maintain data integrity, consistency, and visual clarity across dashboards.
• Support automation of reporting processes and assist with ad-hoc data analysis.
• Participate in live projects, data storytelling sessions, and professional development activities.
• Required Qualifications
• 0-2 years of experience in Power BI or a related data analytics role.
• Strong understanding of dashboard design and data visualization best practices.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, Excel, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in business intelligence and analytics.
