Clinic Operations Lead Front & Back Office

Rendr, a leading medical group in New York, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Office Manager in daily operations. The role requires at least 4 years of front office experience in a medical practice, with 2 years in a supervisory position, as well as proficiency in EMR systems (MDLand a plus). The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, has excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
