Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) (Full Benefits)

The primary purpose of the QMA is to provide direct and individual nursing care to residents. The QMA works as a part of the nursing team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care and implement interventions.

Provides direct resident care and treatments, including, but not limited to:
Prepares administers and records medications in accordance with community policy. xywuqvp
Monitors and records resident vital signs, such as temperatures and blood pressure
Performs standard nursing duties within the scope of practice
