Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in various settings

• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medical history

Requirements:

• Current New York LPN license

• BLS or ALS CPR certification

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to commit to a flexible schedule and start date
