Sales Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive efforts and relationship-building techniques. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing client inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to strategize on ways to increase agency growth and customer satisfaction. Requirements Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License. Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
