Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adapt to changing menus and special requests from customers. Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. Requirements: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus. Passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
