What You’ll Do:

• Conduct eye examinations and vision assessments for correctional facility inmates
• Prescribe eyewear and treatment plans appropriately
• Document patient findings and update medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and facility staff
• Follow all facility policies and regulations
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and confidentiality
• Manage scheduling and patient flow efficiently

What You Need:

• Valid and active optometry license in South Carolina
• Certification per facility credentialing requirements
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
