Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Search Solution Group is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic analysis for a growing organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights, support business decisions, and drive the achievement of company financial goals. The Manager will also serve as the primary finance business partner for corporate department leaders while helping improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and system functionality. This position reports directly to the VP of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance and analyze operational performance.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization.
• Enhance financial reporting tools, automation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain, secure, and customize financial forecasting and reporting systems.
• Consolidate company financial results, analyze variances, identify trends, and prepare executive-level reporting.
• Partner with Corporate Development to support M&A integration, track acquisition performance, and incorporate pro forma financials into reporting and analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual executive financial summaries highlighting results, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop standardized reporting packages and best practices for evaluating business performance.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecast process with insightful financial analysis.
• Analyze key performance drivers to support strategic planning and business prioritization.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success implementing best practices for management reporting, financial systems, and process improvements.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations, including companies expanding through acquisitions, new products, or operational transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn financial data into actionable business insights.
• Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience assessing finance processes and identifying opportunities to improve organizational performance.
• Real estate or professional services industry experience is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Experience supporting P&L management and enterprise-level financial planning.
• Proven ability to leverage financial systems and technology to improve reporting, productivity, and decision-making.
