In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering, design, construction, BIM/VDC, IT, and corporate positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and secure top talent.You will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, conducting candidate interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
