Description Registered Nurse (RN) Manager – Outpatient Pain Clinic Location: Utica, NY Schedule: Full-Time Posted by: NurseAmerica PayRate: $45 to $48 per hour About the Role NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead the nursing and clinical staff in a fast‑paced outpatient pain management clinic. This leadership role combines hands‑on patient care with team supervision , ensuring efficient clinic operations, high‑quality patient care, and compliance with all clinical protocols. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow Ensure high standards of patient care and safety Assist providers with procedures as needed Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness Implement and uphold clinic policies and best practices Serve as a point of contact for clinical issues and escalations Qualifications Active RN license in NY 3–5+ years of RN experience , preferably in OR, Med‑Surg, or procedural settings Leadership or supervisory experience required Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills Experience in outpatient or procedural settings preferred Excellent communication and team management abilities Outpatient, clinic‑based setting Predictable, scheduled procedures No inpatient care, overnight shifts, ER, or trauma Competitive salary based on experience Flexible, supportive work environment Leadership opportunity in a specialized outpatient clinical setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
