Prep Cook/Line Server

SAGE Dining Services is seeking an enthusiastic Prep Cook/Line Server to join our culinary team at a private day school in St. Louis!

This isn't just a prep role; it's a chance to be an integral part of a dedicated team that takes great pride in serving fresh, delicious meals daily. You'll have the opportunity to create scratch-made soups, prepare over 1,000 in-house snacks each day, and contribute to a smooth operation in the kitchen and dish room.

We're looking for someone reliable, energetic, and fully engaged, ready to jump in wherever needed while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Follows the school schedule, so weekends and major holidays are off.

Pay Type:

$19.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Time Commitment:

Full Time

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.

Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.

Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.

Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
