This Lead Developer will help shape the ServiceNow team as they expand. Help the Technical Roadmap for key clients & stakeholders, while being hands-on as needed. What will you be doing Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board within ServiceNow Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform Lead the development team & be hands-on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements Experience Strong ServiceNow Development experience 3-5 years ServiceNow experience MINIMUM ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CAD, CIS etc..)
