⏰ Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday | Flexible shifts between 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to support patient communication, prescription coordination, and shipment scheduling in a fast-paced healthcare support environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer and patient calls while providing accurate and timely assistance

• Coordinate initial and refill medication shipments by collecting and verifying required information

• Schedule deliveries accurately and ensure customer profiles are updated properly

• Maintain complete and organized patient records within internal systems

• Assist with prescription refill processing, documentation updates, and insurance/claim-related activities

• Work closely with healthcare teams to communicate important patient updates and clinical information

• Ensure all activities are handled in compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines

• Prepare and maintain required paperwork, reports, and supporting documentation

• Support the overall patient care workflow by helping prioritize and track documentation progress

• Deliver excellent customer service with a proactive and professional attitude
