Position Summary The Ticket Operations Manager works closely with our premium team to manage tickets for premium areas and oversees full‑time and part‑time employees in the Ticketing Office. Areas of product specialization include Archtics, TM1 and the Account Manager. The role will also collaborate with Premium Sales and Service, as well as other arena teams and the broader ticketing team. Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year. Venue Moody Center, Austin, Texas – a 15,000+‑seat arena hosting concerts, sports, and community events. The venue partners with Oak View Group, Live Nation/C3 Presents, the University of Texas at Austin and Minister of Culture, Matthew McConaughey. Responsibilities Build all events in the Archtics database for our premium membership program while working closely with Ticketing Leadership. Manage Ticketing team members, including hiring, training, developing, and managing performance. Serve as strategic partner to the Premium Sales & Services Department by managing season renewals and member presales. Manage process for premium tickets for all suites, club seats and loge boxes. Import seats and invoice suite holders, off‑manifest inventory and reserved seat club members. Build various pricing for premium members, including parking, suite rentals, member pricing, and loge boxes. Support box office and client service on event day, troubleshoot ticket issues. Develop process and tickets for guest passes for suite members. Transition ROFR member tickets during renewal years. Report event‑by‑event revenue for financial reconciliation. Maintain client relationships and exceed service level agreements. Submit events to Ticketmaster for programming and manage inventory requirements, special offers and programs. Maximize Ticketmaster products and services for the venue. Use troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of service level complaints. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays. Perform physical duties such as bending, lifting 15–20 pounds, walking, standing and exposure to outdoor elements. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3–5 years of experience with Ticketmaster suite of products including Host, Archtics, TM1, Mobile Technology or similar systems. Experience with Right of First Refusal (ROFR) programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, motivate others and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Conflict resolution skills and strong verbal and written communication. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Experience Experience with large‑scale events in an arena, stadium or concert setting of a similar size (15,000 seats).
