Insurance Client Service Specialist

Overview Insurance Client Service Specialist role at Marsh McLennan Agency. Responsibilities Partner with the Sales Center and Remarketing to ensure quality service at a support level. Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage the expectation of the client (both internal and external). Maintain rapport with clients, company underwriters, and develop/grow existing accounts. Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team with open, effective communication and timely follow-up. Shift 10:15 am to 7:15 pm Licensing Position requires Property & Casualty Insurance License. McGriff will provide licensing course and licensing exam. Teammates will be given two attempts to pass the exam.
