Travel Physical Therapist - $2,559 per week

Job Summary Travel Physical Therapist – St. Charles, Missouri Responsibilities Assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. Providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establishing and administering a treatment program with specific goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Setting realistic and achievable goals, documenting and recording patient conditions, and educating patients and families about physical therapy methods. Developing a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assessing patient needs, planning, evaluating, and modifying care to meet therapy goals. Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Requirements Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum of one year’s clinical experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Other qualifications as determined by the client facility.
