Requirements
- State or Compact license must be in hand at the time of submittal
- BLS certification required
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Experience with Epic charting system required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct medical necessity reviews and utilization reviews.
- Participate in discharge planning and care coordination.
- Document screenings and discharge plans accurately and timely.
- Communicate changes in the plan of care effectively.
- Coordinate community referrals and transitions of care.

Compliance / Notes
- Submit all return-to-office details at the time of submittal.
- Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler.
- Orientation modules must be completed onsite and are non-billable.
