What You'll Do

As a  WFH Customer Service Representative , you'll combine client service, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales.

  Assist & Support Clients

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits

• Listen carefully to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Answer questions clearly, professionally, and respectfully

• Provide a positive and personalized client experience

• Build long-term relationships through reliable communication and follow-up

️  Educate Clients About Available Benefits

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Help clients understand coverage features and benefit choices

• Assess individual and family protection needs

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Complete required digital documentation accurately

❤️  Provide Ongoing Customer Service

Client relationships continue after enrollment.

Responsibilities may also include:

• Conducting policy reviews

• Assisting with beneficiary updates

• Answering policy and coverage questions

• Providing appropriate claims-related assistance

• Following up with existing clients

• Maintaining accurate digital client records

• Following applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have webcam and microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone

• Be willing to complete required training

• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License
