About Us:

Prasada Center for Wellbeing has been offering therapeutic counseling, coaching and health care services in the homes and communities of Northern New Jersey families for ten years. We are looking for skilled and compassionate LAC's, LSW's, LPC's and LCSW's Counselors and Social Workers to work in our outpatient office. Prasada is looking for therapists who are dedicated to seeing families, children and individuals reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Although Prasada Center for Wellbeing will serve all ages groups, we primarily provide therapy and treatment to children and their families.

Pay Range:

$50 - $75/session depending on licensure and experience.

Hours//Shifts:

• 4 hours shift
• 8 hours shift
• Monday - Friday
• Some weekends
• Evenings
• Afternoons

Skills//Duties

• Work a hybrid schedule providing therapeutic counseling services to individuals, children and families at our outpatient location and from your home through telehealth sessions.
• Carry a minimum caseload of 22 individuals, children or families. Caseloads top off at 25 for a full time caseload. Part time caseload caps off at 10.
• Focus on assessment, treatment planning and quality counseling services.
• Teach individuals, children and caregivers strategies to help manage their symptoms.
• Deliver care based on evidenced based practices
• Social skills development and problem solving skills
• Parent training and support when applicable.
• Collaborate with system partners and referring entities.
• Complete assessmets, treatment plans and progress notes in EHR in accordance with state and agency guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey License for Licensed Associate oun Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children with mental health and behavioral challenges and/or autism
• Bilingual in Spanish or other language preferred, but not required.
• Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies and methods or
• Experience in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy strategies and methods or
• Experience in Art therapy, music therapy, play therapy a plus.
• Valid NJ Drivers License.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills a must.
