About The Role Join our team to foster an inclusive work environment and enhance the employee experience from recruitment to offboarding. This role is essential in supporting leadership and promoting an employee-centered culture. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership, supporting business objectives. Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, training, development, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws such as FMLA, Wage & Hour, I-9, EEO1, COBRA, and Workers' Comp. Manage Fleet and Auto Allowance programs, including annual MVRs and insurance certifications. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage assigned HR focus areas. Process payroll accurately and punctually, manage employee data changes, incentives, investigations, and employment verifications. Administer benefits programs, including new hire enrollment, open enrollment, life events, and leaves of absence. Support performance management, employee development, and learning initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, though a combination of education and experience is considered. Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
