Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation includes Base Salary + Quality Bonus + Sign-on Bonus + Quarterly Bonus.
- PTO, Partners participate in revenue from VBC shared savings, ASC, and the Dyalisis Joint Venture.
- $550k+ Documented Earnings by Partners

Qualifications:
- Degree: MD, DO.
- Certifications: IM/Nephrology BC/BE
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Illinois State Medical License and DEA
- Open to new grads and experienced physicians.
- All visas accepted except J1 waivers.
