Recruiting Coordinator / Scheduler Immediate need for a talented Recruiting Coordinator / Scheduler. This is a 03-06+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano TX (Hybrid). Pay rate: $21 - $22/hr. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones Support senior leadership including VPs, GVPs, Directors, and hiring managers with complex scheduling needs Handle last-minute calendar changes, interview updates, and scheduling conflicts with urgency and professionalism Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process Manage onsite interview logistics including room coordination, interviewer alignment, and real-time issue resolution Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to maintain smooth interview operations Maintain accurate scheduling records and calendar management within ATS and scheduling tools Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels Prioritize multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Key Requirements and Technology Experience 13 years of experience in recruiting coordination, interview coordination, executive scheduling, or related administrative support roles Experience supporting fast-paced corporate or high-volume recruiting environments Strong calendar management and scheduling coordination skills Ability to manage urgent scheduling changes and shifting priorities effectively Experience interacting with senior leadership and executive stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Comfortable working onsite and handling real-time coordination issues independently Pyramid Consulting, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pyramid Consulting
