Position Summary: The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its growing team in New York City. Responsibilities: Hybrid Caseload Management: Handle both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters, ensuring cases are strategically advanced through all phases of representation. Case Management: Handle cases from intake through settlement, including case strategy, documentation, and complianceCase Progression: Complete Flip-to-Lit and TD approvals when appropriate, manage release approvals, and guide clients through the case lifecycle Document Preparation: Draft and prepare pre-litigation documents such as demands and settlement packages Settlement Negotiations: Manage demand package creation and negotiate settlements with carriersTeam Leadership: Supervise 6–10 Case Managers, ensure KPI compliance, and maintain quality control standards Client Interaction: Conduct recorded statements, prepare clients for Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), and prepare clients for and attend 50-h hearingsPractice Focus: Primarily personal injury cases, especially motor vehicle accidents #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ward Law Group, PL
