As a Transformation Manager / Senior Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to reimagine how work gets done, combining deep insurance expertise with advanced analytics and agentic AI and technology solutions to improve client outcomes. Proven ability to leadend-to-endprocess reinvention, including redesigning workflows, roles, and decision rights to materially improve cost, cycle time, and customer outcomes. Experience defining and implementing target operating models that integrate business, technology, data, and AI to sustainably scale value. Working knowledge of AI and agentic AI applications in insurance (e.g., automation, fraud detection, decision support, predictive analytics) and the ability to translate concepts into practical use cases. Strong execution mindset witha track recordof converting vision into actionable roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and realized business impact. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to buildhigh performingteams and partner effectively across business, technology, and risk/compliance functions.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
