Senior Financial Advisor – High-Net-Worth Wealth Management

We are representing a highly reputable wealth management firm looking to add an experienced, client-centric Financial Advisor to their growing team. This role is designed for a producing advisor who excels at managing high-net-worth (HNW) relationships and wants to focus purely on strategic advice, holistic planning, and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, fee-based wealth planning, estate strategies, and investment management to high-net-worth individuals and families.

• Manage and deepen existing HNW client relationships while driving organic practice growth through referrals and networking.

• Utilize advanced wealth tech and AI tools to optimize workflow, analyze portfolio data, and deliver tailored client experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Track Record: Minimum of $150,000+ in trailing 12-month production (gross dealer concession/recurring revenue).

• Experience: Proven experience working directly with HNW clients, with a background in bank wealth management, wirehouses, or independent RIAs.

• Licensing: Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) required; CFP, CFA, or CIMA designations preferred.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-motivated professional looking for higher autonomy, better payout structures, and a clear path to scale their practice.
