Reconciles payments made within the day.Facilitates the flow of patient forms, patient letters, and date collection per department needs.Proactively problem solves access issues that arise when scheduling to meet stakeholder's needs, which can include adjusting schedules to utilize unused time due to cancellations and to accommodate patient needs.Answers phones, takes appropriate action, and forwards when necessary to appropriate departmentsPerforms administrative tasks to support operational needs of areaQualifications:High School diploma or GED preferred• Must be 18 years of age1-2 years of healthcare or customer service experience.Physical Demands:Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistanceJob classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job dutiesWork Environment:Normally works in climate controlled office environmentInteraction with department members and other healthcare providersFrequent sitting with movement throughout office spaceUse of computers throughout work dayFrequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrist and fingersOccasional high noise level in work environmentThis position involves frequent phone communication with patients and staff.
