We're looking for the right person to join our sales team as a Residential Home Solutions Advisor. If you bring the drive, energy, and positive attitude, we'll provide the training, tools, support, and leads you need to succeed and earn well.

• Strong Earning Potential: $100,000+ annually through base pay, generous commissions, and spiffs

What You'll Do:

• Visit homeowners in their homes to understand their heating & cooling needs
• Present clear, professional solutions and proposals that solve their problems
• Educate customers on high-efficiency equipment, current promotions, and upgrade options
• Build quotes and follow up effectively to help families make confident decisions
• Deliver outstanding service that generates strong referrals and repeat business
• Stay up to date on the latest HVAC products and technology

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Comfortable meeting with customers face-to-face in their homes
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and natural people skills
• Ability to use company-provided technology
• Prior HVAC or home services sales experience is preferred but not required - we will train you!
