What You'll Do (A Day in the Life) As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of the dealership, guiding customers through one of the most exciting purchases they will make. Your core responsibilities include: Connect & Greet: Warmly approach and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot. Be the Expert: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle features, safety specifications, and performance benefits to provide high-quality demonstrations. Build Relationships: Utilize dealership systems to follow up with past and potential clients, building a strong, long-term personal database. Close with Confidence: Follow Fox processes for smooth vehicle delivery and introduce customers to our top-tier service and parts departments. What You Bring to the Team Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales. A proven track record of achieving or over-achieving performance goals. Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented, enthusiastic personality. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
