Customer Service Insurance Trainee

A growing insurance and financial services organization is seeking a Customer Service, Insurance Trainee to join their Vermont team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking for a stable, professional career path with real mentorship, training, and long-term growth potential.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Learn the ins and outs of commercial insurance from experienced professionals
- Support clients and Account Managers with policy updates, certificates, and documentation
- Help answer client questions and provide top-tier customer support
- Gain hands-on experience with business operations, renewals, and insurance systems
- Build professional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Grow into a long-term career path within client service, account management, or insurance operations
