Receiving & Quality Assurance Associate (Full-Time, Temp to Hire) | $19.00/hr | M-F 7:00am-3:30pm)

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail?oriented Receiving & Quality Assurance Associate to join a well?established manufacturing company. This role is perfect for someone with receiving, warehouse, or production experience who enjoys hands?on work, accuracy, and a steady Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

Receive and sign for incoming deliveries
Compare purchase orders with packing lists and invoices
Enter all receiving data into NetSuite; record receipt numbers on all documents
Work closely with QA to ensure materials are inspected and returned to inventory promptly
Coordinate with Purchasing regarding incorrect or damaged deliveries
Assist QA/Regulatory and Materials teams with vendor returns and nonconformance issues
Follow up with suppliers to obtain proof of delivery for drop shipments
Maintain and update SDS sheets; distribute revised copies to appropriate departments
Support receiving and warehouse personnel daily
Meet weekly with Supervisor to review outstanding issues
Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
Coordinate breaks and time off with department staff
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of receiving, warehouse, or production experience
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Experience with NetSuite is a plus

Working Conditions

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Occasional overtime may be required
Onsite position

Physical Requirements

Long periods of standing and sitting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
